Assistant Store Manager 店铺副经理
Duties & Responsibilities:
It’s not a regular nine to five desk job but is a platform to exert yourself to own your business from all fields, hence the job requires a lot of energy and a desire to work hands-on. And you will get challenges mainly as below:
Floor Management — Maximize the on-stage potential by leading the team to provide the highest degree of customer services and to accomplish the sales targets at that shift.
Store Operation Management — Assist actively to SM with whole store overall management including inventory, CRM & animation execution, personnel development training and so on.
People Management — Assist to SM to maintain and promote the employee’s working environment to create a harmonious and positive atmosphere.

现场管理—带领团队最大限度的发挥销售现场潜力，提供最优质的客户服务来达到销售目标。
店铺营运管理—积极地协助店经理参与到店铺的日常管理中，主要涉及到库存，促销活动的执行，员工的个人发展培训等。
人员管理—协助店经理日常的人员管理旨在创造和谐，积极向上的工作环境。

Required Qualification:
· Out-going and communicated; / 性格外向并善于与人沟通;
· Hands-on and be high responsible; / 踏实肯干并有高度责任心;
· Detail-oriented and customer-focused; / 注重细节及客户服务;
· Good leadership capabilities in harmony with team player; / 卓越的领导才能及团队协作力;
· Be passionate about retailing and looking for challenges; / 热爱零售工作及挑战;
· Be logical and well-organized; / 做事逻辑性及规划性强;
· College degree or above; / 大专学历或以上;
· At least 3 years’ working experience, experience in retail/hospitality/FMCG industry is preferred but not limited; / 至少三年的工作经验，优先考虑但不仅限于零售/酒店/快消行业;
· Mandarin speaking is a must, fluent in both oral & written English will be a plus; / 必须具备中文沟通能力，流利的口头及书面英语表达将优先考虑;
· Skilled at using computer as an effective tool for daily communication, analysis and reporting; / 可以有效的运用电脑;
