职位描述：
Responsibilities：

1. Participate in product research and development projects from the pre-research, feasibility studies, project to the delivery of the various stages of work.
2. Responsible for writing product technical information, collection, sorting out the original product development process, and regularly handed over to the management archive.
3. Establish and maintain relevant documents, assist in related procurement, production and quality control work, assist technical support to solve customer problems.
4. Proficient with the experimental technology after training, complete the laboratory daily experiment work; can master the laboratory routine equipment , flow cytometry experience, sample cell processing, reagent preparation, molecular testing experience is preferred.
5. Provide technical support to other colleagues and support to design validation solutions for other technologies.
6. In strict accordance with the work procedures, and timely suggestions to improve.
7. Responsible for the exchange and follow-up of research projects with other departments (clinical testing, quality, etc.) and outside parties.
8. Responsible for project management, R & D data and SOP preparation, verification of new projects.
9.Maintenance of equipment.
10. Assist in the development of new projects and assist in the completion of experimental data recording and data analysis processing, regular archiving of experimental records.


Requirements：
1. Age 28-45,Biological Bachelor degree or above, more than two years of cytology work experience.
2. Have a solid knowledge of molecular biology and skilled laboratory experience. Experience with actual R & D is preferred.
3. Have a certain ability to retrieve Chinese and English literature, good English listening and speaking ability.
4. Familiar with FDA / CFDA regulations on PM laboratories, experience with high-throughput clinical sample analysis is preferred.
