职位描述：
工作职责：
岗位特征：
钣金技师必须保证所有售后服务的及时提供,并使其达到最高的品质。为了让客户获得最满意的服务,钣金技师还要确保按照保时捷的标准对汽车进行诊断、保养和修理。
 
职责说明（职责的先后顺序按照其重要程度进行排列）：
1. 记录开工时间，准备／提供维修服务
2. 确保工作环境及设备清洁，整齐并维护良好
3. 指导并监督学徒的日常工作

Position Characteristics:
The Body Repair Technician is responsible for the timely delivery of all the after sales service in premium quality. Body Repair Technician shall also ensure that all the diagnostic process, maintenance and service are carried out in line with Porsche standards to enhance customers satisfaction.
 
Duty Description( Duties are arranged by importance):
1. Record the start time, prepare / deliver repairing
2. Ensure the cleaning, tidiness and maintenance of the workshop facility
3. Monitor and guide the Apprentices in their daily work

任职资格：
教育背景：须具备高中学历,具有大专学历或同等经验者优先；
 
行业背景：至少 2-3 年汽车工业技师或类似职位的工作经验
 
其他任职要求：
·候选人需掌握Office软件的操作方法，保时捷系统的操作方法除外；
·热爱本职工作，在工作中保持极高的敬业度及可靠性；
·良好的沟通能力
·热爱保时捷的产品和服务,兼具独立工作能力和团队合作能力;抗压能力强

Education: High school degree required; college degree and similar experience preferred
 
Industry background：At least 2-3 years' working experience in vehicle industry as technician or in similar positions
 
Other qualifications:
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; Porsche systems not a must.
·Passion for their work, maintain a high degree of professionalism and reliability in their work; ·Communication skill;
·Enthusiasm for Porsche products and service;
·Working independently and team working;
