Role accountabilities:
- Lead development of yearly business plan and annual sales and marketing plan for Wuhan and related area for sales via distributors.
- Deliver annual business plan results from distributor sales against agreed KPIs for Wuhan and related area of Foodservice business.
- Develop a distributor strategy that is consistent with target channels and geographies, and ensure its consistent execution at regional level.
- Lead area development of distributor-based channel strategy for China Foodservice.
- Develop and maintain strong relations with key customers and distributor partners.
- Lead demand creation activities through the development and execution of effective promotional and technical support programmes.
- Lead sales staff training and development for regional sales team, building a high-performing culture.
- Ensure staff have the necessary tools (product/financial) to meet their plan targets.
- Lead innovation execution (sales) for the region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, majored in Food, Marketing, Commerce or other related majors;
- At least 5 years’ experience in FMCG related senior sales, channel or business management role, preferably B2B;
- Further 3 years minimum accounts sales experience.
