工作职责：
1、负责区域客户开发，并能够完成销售目标；
2、负责所在区域内的产品市场推广、产品演示、业务洽谈、合同签订等事务；
3、对客户进行后续跟进，把握并维护客户关系；
4、负责区域内市场及竞争调研、产品及客户调研等；
5、负责所在区域内客户货款回收事务。

任职要求：
1、学历：本科及以上学历；
2、专业：机械专业及相关专业；
3、5到7年的稳定工作经验；
4、有同类行业销售经验：啤酒酿造、橡胶制造、钢铁工业、汽车制造、烟草工业、电厂，水泥厂等, 或有同类产品销售经验：润滑脂、齿轮油、润滑油添加剂、清洗剂、粘结修补剂等, 或有设备维修维护经验：轴承、机床、空压机、冷却塔、塑包机等，有OEM销售经验优先；
5 . 拥有良好的沟通能力、商务谈判技巧和人际影响力；
.有很强的解决问题的能力和创造性思维；
.良好的产品展示技巧，让客户能很好地理解NCH产品的价值，以带来更多利润；
6、自己有车。

薪资构成：
底薪+佣金+奖金+销售补贴+五险一金。


Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop territory and reach sales targets;
2. Responsible for the entire sales process including client visit, product demonstration, contract negotiation;
3. Build relationships with customers and follow up to maintain relations;
4. Research and evaluate local market trends, customer needs, and competitors’ activities;
5. Ensure timely payment from customers.

Position Requirements:
1. Must have bachelor’s degree or above;
2. Field of study: mechanical engineering or related field;
3. 5 to 7 years of stable work experience;
4. Experience working in the following industries: brewing, plastics, steel, automotive, tobacco, power plants, cement, etc. OR experience selling the following products: grease, gear oil, lubricant additives, degreasers, patching compounds OR experience with the following equipment: bearings, machining tools, compressors, cooling towers, packaging machinery, etc. OEM sales work experience is a plus;
5 · Good communication, negotiation and influencing skill;
· Strong problem solving skill and creative thinking;
· Good presentation skills to make customers understand the value of NCH products;
6. Must have own transportation.

Compensation:
Base salary + Commission + Bonus + Allowances + Social Insurance
