Responsibilities:

1. Work together with other Designers and design teams
2. Trend research with Design Team
3. Create style design sheets according to style budget, follow up that your ideas on design sheet are followed
4. Making sure that design deadlines are kept
5. Work closely with buying team and pattern maker team
6. Together with Designer constantly ensure upgrade of product groups: Pinpoint and improve weak categories, fabric quality, fitting and product to market demands from running analyzes.
7. Together with Designer constantly ensure latest trimmings, fabrics, treatments, fittings and updating of suppliers according to trend
8. Constantly upgrade fabric quality, fitting and product to meet market demands
9. Be responsible for collecting offer from trim supplier, new seasons trim research
10. Show new ideas to design team leader
11. Cooperate with local designers, oversea designers, buyers and technicians in Beijing

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree and above, major in fashion design is mandatory
2. Excellent English speaking and writing skills
3. At least 3+years’ experience within fashion design
4. Excellent in using Adobe Illustrator (a must), Photoshop and MS Office
5. Very good commercial understanding
6. Good communication skills, team player and be good at expressing ideas
7. Used to work with deadline, and can work under pressure, well organized
