Responsibilities：

1. Make strategic plan for business expansion and development, aligned with the business needs of ONLY.
2. Draw out the offline retail expanding tactics, negotiate cooperation, evaluate current selection of store locations, and set up the expansion system.
3. Collaborate with other BUs on feasibility analysis and deployment plan.
4. Build up and follow through annual BD plan in a timely manner. Responsible for the expansion, sales, and P&L results.
5. Connect to new business partners, build up good long-term relationships, maintain existing relationships, and manage the development of each region.
6. Monitor competitors in the marketplace. Collect and understand competitors’ sales data and business development directions.

Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or above. Fluent in Chinese and English.
2. 2-4 years of BD management experience in fashion retail related industry.
3. Proven ability and desire to help build a business development strategy, including planning, methodologies, and resources required to produce positive business results.  
4. Strong in negotiation and external communication. Work well under pressure, have a can-do attitude, and take full responsibility.
5. Cost conscious and result driven.
6. Passion for fashion, and available for frequent business trips.
