Sales oriented:

• develop value driven sales and leverage clinical marketing by
  • understanding the needs of customers in specific care areas
  • develop marketing strategies focusing specific healthcare specialties
  • develop and transfer materials (notes, presentations, elevator pitches, etc) for profound sales consultancy in regard to specific healthcare specialties
  • gain and transfer clinical expertise by direct key-opinion-leader management
• manage key-opinion-leaders
  • leverage KOL resources by supporting communication and direct consultation with / of KOLs
  • arrange cross-functional and cross-regional KOL meetings in order to bridge KOL resources on international basis (in combination with China)
  • manage and support interface of international KOL and Mindray HQ

Marketing oriented:

• event management
  • plan, organize, support and facilitate marketing events like academic session, seminars, workshops, Mindray nights, etc in close collaboration with local direct and indirect sales and marketing organizations
  • support key strategy projects and partnerships in close collaboration with marketing department in subsidiaries and Mindray HQ
• key account support
  • provide product expertise as well as online and onsite support for large-scale high level projects
• Clinical training
  • develop Clinical training materials in order to optimize value driven sales
  • plan, organize, support and facilitate product and sales trainings for direct and indirect sales and marketing organizations
• attend international and national congresses

Strategy Oriented:

• leverage clinical marketing by connecting international expert and Mindray HQ
• provide input for product planning & improvement
• closely communicate with Mindray HQ and Mindray subsidiaries in order to align effective clinical marketing strategy

Requirement:

• Location: Shenzhen
• 2 years working experience in relevant field required
• Clinical background, Previous working experience in ICU/NICU/OR is a plus
• Clinical marketing or Product Marketing related experience in the MNC is a plus.
• English as working language (Key points to be evaluated)
• Frequent International Travel (30-40%)
