Purpose
& Overall Relevance for the Organization:

• The purpose of backfill-Order Book Fulfillment Specialist is to support the company’s goal
  of being the preferred partner by supporting the team during project phase and
  guarantee the service level to internal and external customers.

• Key
  Responsibilities:

• Process defective
  return orders for all customers (both WS & OR), make sure all the customers
  return can be process in time.

• Process
  take back return orders for all customers, make sure customers’ take back can
  be processed timely and correctly.

• Process
  order transfer for all customers (both WS & OR), make sure all the orders
  can ship out and meet customers request delivery date.

• Adjust
  customers sales order based on addendum, make sure the order book updated
  timely and correctly.

• Place
  manual orders, make sure all the orders input in system timely and correctly.

  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong
  computer skills in Word, Excel, Access

• Fluency
  in both oral and written English

  Requisite
  Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• College
  diploma or higher

• 1
  to 3 years working experience in SCM related dept.
