As Organizational Development Analyst, you will provide cost effective, high quality learning and performance support solutions and global application of learning technologies to produce a positive impact on corporate goals and strategies.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* Tailor deliverables/services to meet customers’ specific needs based on audience and task analysis.
* Respond to requests to help solve organizational problems, including skills and knowledge gaps, environmental gaps, and motivation/incentive gaps, by applying a range of human performance improvement, instructional design, and learning technology principles and solutions.
* Assist in the completion of research, assessment, and diagnostic work to support the design and development of performance support learning.
* Assist in assessing the value of specific learning by following up with customers after training and/or product delivery.
* Assist in guideline interpretation and grief analysis resolution as they pertain to learning and learning technology.
* Assist with maintaining contact with other learning vendors/entities/organizations (internal and external) to evaluate their capabilities, analyze results, and contract for delivery of programs where appropriate.
Required Qualifications:
* Good analytical skills
* Organizing/planning skills
* Interpersonal skills
* Communication skills
* Fluent English in Writing and Speaking
* College/university degree or equivalent experience
* 2 to 3 years of job-related experience
Desired Qualifications:
* General understanding of the Caterpillar organization, products, and experience working with customers, and dealers
