1.To oversee and direct overall operations product of the department and suggest ways to increase the quality of services to customers.
2.To achieve the revenue and controlling the cost with a mission to improve productivity as well as profitability.
3.To implement and manage product service to existing customers, develop new business initiatives with potential customers and perform service retention with formulating business development strategy to cope with the changing environment and regional requirements.
4.To set up proper working procedure and ensure full compliance with the corporate goals in quality and security management.
5.To lead the product operation team monitoring the staff’s performance.
6.To take up additional responsibilities as required to meet the Company’s needs.

University graduate with over 5 years working experience in freight forwarding industry which 2 years in supervisory or above level.
Good command of English and Fluent in Mandarin. To have strong communication, negotiation, leadership, managerial, and customer service skills 举报 分享
