Responsibilities
1. Check payment request and supporting documents for vendors (Direct and indirect) to ensure complying with company policy, book AP in SAP accordingly,
2. Check employees expense claim form to ensure complying with company policy, book AP in SAP accordingly,
3. Payment Run on regular basis,
4. Responsible for preparing documents for overseas payments and coordinate with bank to ensure payment done in a timely and correct manner, responsible for custom duty payment on the China Port's website,
5. Follow up with responsible person to clear GR/IR, AP and advance payment timely , make sure no long pending items on balance sheet,
6. Responsible for reconcile with internal suppliers per deadline of monthly closing, responsible for reconciliation with external suppliers whenever necessary,
7. Update AP related breakdowns for monthly balance sheet input in HFM,
8. Other tasks assigned by accounting manager.
Qualifications
1. 2-3 years accounting experience,
2. College degree, majored in accounting or relevant preferred,
3. Good understanding of corporate accounting,
4. Reasonable command of English,
5. Familiar with SAP is preferable,
6. Familiar with Microsoft office, especially Excel,
7. Good personality, willing to take responsibility, easy to communicate and cooperate,
8. Logical, responsive, positive.
