职位描述：

Key responsibilities of the Role: 主要职责
1) Implement Group Procurement sourcing strategy & procedures.
2) Responsible for the end-to-end sourcing activities on products and services, with a focus on project management working closely with stakeholders to achieve competitiveness through effective and efficient sourcing activities.
3) Working closely with stakeholders to achieve and support best of quality and delivery out of approved suppliers
4) Assessing market conditions and developing sourcing strategies that can achieve best value to the Company
5) Maintaining and building strategic supplier relationships, improving product and service deliverables, pricing competitiveness and contract compliance;
6) Partnering closely with stakeholders and suppliers on identifying continuous improvement opportunities
7) Mitigating risk through effective supplier management whilst ensuring compliance with the policies and procedures of the Company
8) Benchmark for indirect materials & services, conducting purchase research as required and collect the marketing information with timely reporting to Head of Department.
9) Select IN & OUT suppliers and drives resourcing.
10) SAP Data maintenance and departmental document management.

Functional Competencies 专业技能
1. Familiar with indirect materials & services sourcing
2. Good Negotiation skill
3. Good spoken and written English
4. 2 years above planning/ordering/logistics experience, or Import & export business experience
