1. Strong technical background in CMOS analog design and layout
2. Strong working experience in LDO and DC/DC converter design(buck and boost)
3. Excellent knowledge on analog building blocks such as opamps, bandgap circuits, and comparators.
4. Strong signal processing and control theory background, understanding filter theory, transfer function, S-domain and loop stability
5. Familiar with device physics and ESD
6. Experience of leading project from definition to mass production
Qualifications:
1. 8+ years of analog design experience (8+ years preferred)
2. Effective communication skills and team work
3. Ability to deliver first pass successful designs and commitment to schedule
