职责概述:研究医疗行业的政策和规定以及发展趋势, 了解医疗市场的竞争态势，落实集团医院发展战略，发现及识别医院发展机会，管理相关发展项目。

职责描述:

1. 研究中国及各地区卫生行业发展的趋势，更新政策变化并系统地向领导汇报。

2. 与各级政府建立良好的工作关系；与政府各个职能部门保持有效沟通。

3. 密切关注医疗及相关行业竞争及新竞争者态势。

4. 协助总监实行医疗发展领域内医院战略实施并识别新的医院发展的机会。

5. 进行市场调研，包括市场调研设计、数据收集、报告书写等等。

6. 参与商业模式设计与推进。

7. 根据需要参加与政府和商务伙伴的谈判。

8. 根据需要参与商务发展会议或活动。

9. 其他上级指示的任务。

Study the healthcare national and local policies and regulations, trace the trend of healthcare sector development/reforms. Implement the United Family Healthcare development strategies, through identifying the development opportunities and carrying out the development projects

Responsibilities职责描述:
1. Study the trend of healthcare development in China as well as in the area, update the policy changes, and report systematically to the leadership;
2. Develop good work relations with the government at different levels; maintain effective communication with different branches of government;
3. Monitor the competition situation in the area and report any new players in the healthcare related sectors;
4. Assist the director to implement strategies of hospital development in the area and identify hospital development opportunities;
5. Carry out market research, involve in market research design, data collection, report writing, etc;
6. Involve in business model design and development;
7. Attend negotiation with government and business partners as required;
8. Attend business development conferences, events as required;
9. Conduct other tasks as directed.
