Basic Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product applications for existing products to provide maximum value to the customer.
- Troubleshoot the most complex problems and determine remedial actions required to resolve problems.
- Respond to customer requests and provide the high quality support with effective communication
- Must have a complete understanding of the customer's overall process and be considered an expert on a specific customer process module.
- Analyze data on gap analysis and fab profile, and assist in identifying key sales opportunities with relative parties.
- Communicate the technical requirements with other regions and divisions to identify the solutions.
Responsibilities Plus:
- Lead small projects.
- Provide support during H2H, collaborations, beta projects, and gap analysis.
- Contribute to wafer test plan development for engagement projects with division.
- Execute detailed customer wafer characterization with minimal supervision.
- Respond to customer requests and perform routine to moderately complex problem diagnosis and problem resolution.
- Document technical solution and create best known methods (BKMs) on supported products.
- Lead preparation and demonstration of products to the customer base.
- Provide advanced operational training to customers.
Key Challenges:
- Customer Focus required:
? Respond to routine requests from customers;
? Familiarity with customer use case;
? Understand what information is considered proprietary and what can be made available to customers;
? Interacts with customers to educate and coordinate activities;
? Good working knowledge of customer use case;
? Is expected to improve customer relations, understand customer needs, and solves moderately complex problems.
- Job Complexity required:
? Focus on customer education and problem resolution;
? Provide solutions to problems of defined scope. Solves moderate to complex problems. Works in complex area with general supervision and support.
- Decision Making required:
? Independently determines methods and procedures on routine assignments, and receives more direct instructions on new assignments. Recognizes potential problems.
MS/BS with 1-3 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in engineering applications.
- Including all T20 required criteria, plus:
- Good working knowledge (implies understanding as well as the ability to apply theories and concepts in a variety of circumstances) of customer processing knowledge.
- Good working knowledge of various applications.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic customer issues
- Strong communication skills especially technical writing skills.
