I. Summary (Scope of the Job)
To develop and implement a strategy for improving and maintaining current market share .
To ensure world-class standards to our customers for: product quality, delivery and after care are maintained and improved
Establish and maintain excellent customer relations
To manage and encourage behaviors that supports The Greif Way.
Study the market and report the market trend/change to the factory, work with factory to make the products better serve the customers
Assist in the development of marketing communications.
Performs other duties as assigned.
II. Key Result Areas
Commercial
? To ensure the sales targets and budgets are achieved through positive customer relations and the development of new business especially in plastic packaging field
? To further develop the commercial opportunities for the business with existing customers
? To develop excellent relationships with key customers
? To develop and support a commercial strategy for growing new business
? To ensure the growth of country market share
? Ensure best practice processes for managing sales developments
III. Technical Expertise and Experience
Working Background:
Work with industrial packaging, metal or plastic container manufacturing related to Chemical/ Lubricant/Beverage Industries is preferred.
Education:
Technical Engineering Degree
Technical Industrial Engineering
HS&E Management
Expert knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
Strong understanding of Kaizen and 5S
Business Management qualification/experience
Project Management*
* (desirable but not mandatory)
