职位名称: Trainer

职位概述:
Be responsible for accelerating the Training Department in developing, delivering, and evaluation T&D solutions according to the hospital development needs.

职责:
? In close collaboration with T&D Manager, Business United Heads, internal customers to define training needs via Annual Training Needs Analysis, interview, ensure the annual training plan is aligned with Business strategy and people strategy.
? Define, develop and deliver customized training courses for employees, such as Career Professionalism, TTT, Etiquette and Service, Supervisory Skills and Team Building.
? Be accountable for New Hires Orientation and 1st-90 Days Mentoring program, follow up the Buddy program execution and evaluation, Reward and Recognition.
? Keep partnership with qualified training vendors / consultants by proposing and developing tailor-made training solutions. Evaluate the training effectiveness by following up the training evaluation and post-training action plan, reinforce behavior / mindset change.
? Arrange annual refresher events, JCI Training, policy and procedure training if necessary.
? Play a role in Talent Management, such as Talent definition, assessment, selection, individual development plan.
? Assist the Corporate University development program via Action Learning methodology, monitor attendance status, project updates, participants’ contribution, graduation ceremony, etc.
Assist other T&D related duties designated by the T&D manager.

任职条件:
? At least 3 years relevant working experience in hospital or service industry, training background is preferred
? Bachelor degree in relevant major, such as HR, Psychology, Hospital Management
Open-minded, service-oriented, initiative
Good interpersonal skills
Adult training / facilitation skills
English language fluency
Excel at Microsoft office software, PPT, Excel, Word, etc.
? Knowledge of Training and Development system, Methodology, Talent Management practice
Knowledge about hospital operation is a plus
