Purpose of the job
Take up the challenge to quickly grow Santasalo' business in South China by contacting customer accounts or prospects to sell Santasalo' products and services.
Main Responsibilities
1. To achieve annual sales target.
2. Develop new business in assigned market.
3. Build up and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Collect and feedback competition situation and market information.
Key Performance Indicators
- Order intake, Net sales
Main Challenges
- Broad market (large geographic area, wide product/service range)
Qualifications:
This position is for a experienced professional with extensive market knowledge. 25-35 years old. Heathy and available for frequent business trip. 1-2 years working experience of mechanical field.
Skills and knowledge:
- University degree in mechanical engineering
- Broad technical knowledge of mechanical gears.
- Experience in engineering and application sales
- Good client relationship and negotiation skills.
Language skills:
Good English, both written and spoken.
Competencies:
- Self-motivated
- Customer Service Orientation
- Relationship Building
- Persistence
