岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1) 根据公司发展战略,组织参与制定人力资源战略规划。并根据公司的发展规划,提出机构设置和岗位职责设计方案,对公司组织结构设计提出改进方案;
Organize and make human resources strategic planning according to the company development strategy. According to the company's development plan, propose plans of organization structuring and job description, as well as improvement plans of organization structure of the company.
2) 定期组织收集有关人事招聘、培训、考核、薪酬等六大模块方面的信息,为公司人事决策提供信息支持。
Organize regular collection on the six big information modules of personnel recruitment, training, evaluation, compensation and so on. Provide information support for personnel decisions.
3) 负责公司内部人力资源调配;对企业员工的晋升、调职、奖惩、辞退等方面提出建议;
Responsible for the company's internal human resource allocation; Giving suggestion of staff promotion, transfer, rewards and punishments, and dismissal, etc
4) 负责开发、引进外部人才,组织实施招聘工作,负责高级人才的猎聘工作;
Responsible for the development and introduction of external talents. Organize and implement the recruitment work, and responsible for searching and recruiting senior talents.
5) 促进并整合培训需求分析,协助培训人员提名,为部门经理和员工提供团队/个人培训计划,组织年度培训计划的实施,确保培训资源有效管理和使用。考核员工培训效果,组织员工培训满意度调查,并积极与公司管理层沟通。并根据需要,担任培训老师或组织培训。
Facilitate and consolidate training needs analysis, facilitate training nomination, give advice to line managers and staff on team/personal training plan, conduct annual training plan, and make sure the training resources are managed and used in an effective way. Assess employees’ training effects, organize the survey of training satisfaction, and actively communicate with the management team actively. Conduct and organize trainings according to needs.
6) 负责组织公司的绩效考评工作,包括方案设计、方案实施和实施评估;
Responsible for organization of the company's performance review which includes project design, project implementation and implementation evaluation
7) 熟悉劳动法,负责劳动关系管理,对劳动与社会保障中所产生的纠纷及其他相关问题进行妥善处理;
Familiar with labor laws. Responsible for the management of labor relations and handle disputes produced in labor and social security and other related issues properly.
8) 负责本部门相关的各项制度流程的完善,并监督执行情况;
Responsible for perfection of the department related system process, and supervise the implementation.
9) 建立和谐的员工关系,处理员工纠纷,建立员工内部沟通渠道,为员工创造高效、愉快的工作环境及氛围。
Build a harmonious employee relationship, resolve employee conflicts, build up employee internal communication channel and create a high efficient and happy working environment and climate for all employees.
10) 就人事相关工作与德国分公司进行及时有效的沟通。
11) Communicate with German Branch in respect of HR related work timely and efficiently
12) 按时、高效的完成领导安排的其它工作。
Complete other tasks assigned by Admin & HR Director on time and with high efficiency and quality.

岗位要求Job Requirements
1) 四年制本科学历,最好是商业、人力资源管理等相关专业。有人力资源二级管理师资格优先。
4-year degree from college or university is required. Preference towards Business, HR or related major. Second-qualification for Human Resource Management is preferred.
2) 有独立建立全套人力资源管理体系的能力,熟悉人力资源规划、招聘、薪酬、绩效、培训、员工关系、员工职业生涯规划等各个模块,特别是擅长招聘工作。熟悉国家各项劳动人事法律、法规政策;
Solid understanding and practical skills in selection & recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance review, training, ER, HR plan, and familiar with local labour laws and regulations;
3) 5年以上人力资源管理经验。
Above 5 years of HR experience.
4) 具有较强的语言表达能力、人际交往能力、应变能力、沟通能力及解决问题的能力,较强的责任感和敬业精神;
Strong ability of language expression, interpersonal skills, strain capacity, communication and problem solving skills, strong sense of responsibility and professional dedication.
5) 良好的书面和口头的沟通能力,熟练掌握英语(包括书面和口语),懂德语优先。
Good written and oral communication skills, fluent in English and Chinese, Germany is a plus
6) 熟练操作微软办公系统,如word,Excel,PPT等应用软件
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint software applications
7) 较强的沟通及解决问题的能力,较强的责任感与敬业精神
Strong ability in communication and problem solving, be responsible and take high moral.
8) 能够在多文化环境下进行管理工作,并管理团队完成目标
Being able to manage the job in an multi-cultural organization. Able to lead people to achieve targets.
9) 态度积极,高度的执行力;
Having pro-active attitude and an urge to get things through/implemented
10) 熟练的数据分析、处理能力。
Skilled at data analysis and processing;

备注:目前公司宜兴厂房在建设中,预计明年年底或者后年搬去宜兴。

The Seastar is purely unique in the design of corrosion-free composite airframe, wide-track corrosion-resistant landing gear including brakes and rims, centre-line engine configuration. The Seastar aircraft is able to perform take-off and landing capabilities both on runway and water surface. In general, it is a multi-purpose seaplane covering a wide range of commercial, governmental/special and corporate missions as well as VIP-transport.
