岗位职责

Job description

1，管理本集团所有的集装箱，以及本集团在中国区代理的集装箱。

Manage the group container fleet, including owned, leased and operated as agent in China.

2，负责年度集装箱订造预算直至交付。

Be responsible for the annual budget for container purchase till delivery.

3，集装箱租赁事务。

Container leasing.

4，业务覆盖区域的集装箱控制和分拨(中国、俄罗斯、韩国、蒙古及其他地区)。

Control and distribution in all business areas (China, Russia, Korea, Mongolia and others).

5，建设低成本方式调度集装箱的运营体系。

Set up the operating system to reposition containers by the cost efficient way.

6，确定自有集装箱的订造规范以及检验维修规范。

Define the specification for container purchase and criteria for container survey and repairing.

7，建立分供方体系并使之有效运行。

Establish the vendor system and ensure well run.

8，集装箱运营分析。

Yield management on container operating.

9，合理规划集装箱资源，支持所以业务区域的市场拓展。

Well planning the container source and support the market expansion in every location.

任职资格

Qualification

1，受过高等教育。

College education.

2，能使用英文工作。

Work with English.

3，善于对内和对外沟通交流。

Know very well how to communicate internally and externally.

4，5年以上集装箱管理工作经验。如在总部或区域总部有过集装箱管理经验更佳。

At least 5 years’ management experience on container control. Preferred if at HQs level or regional level.
