职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、按照公司规范要求对设计图纸的齐全、图纸绘制的美观性及规范性进行审核。提供并监督工队有完整的施工依据，减少不规范的图纸给施工带来不必要的影响。对客户合同和补充协议进行审核，保证合同的合法，合理性；
2、核算基础报价项目工程量以保证其准确性。减少施工中增减项，避免工程项增减造成工期延误；
3、重点对有图无报价的漏报项目进行审核，避免恶意漏报现象，并对其审核结果负责。减少或杜绝因设计报价不合理导致的公司与客户间产生的纠纷，避免给公司造成经济损失；
4、与设计师和工队沟通审核问题，与相关部门沟通设计师反馈的设计需求，推进解决。定期（每周及每月底）分析通报审核结果，普及制图规范知识，提升整体制图水平。协助部门主管/部门经理制定（修订）公司内部图纸标准规范。

任职要求：
1、专科以上学历，水电、给排水、机电或相关专业，1-3年工作经验；
2、熟练的使用AUTOCAD等设计软件；
3、持有水电工程师相关证件的优先考虑；
4、具有丰富的家装水电设计以及施工图设计经验；
5、熟悉工水电气和相关设备的工程节点，能指导现场施工；
6、熟悉并掌握水电施工规范、流程及验收标准，能独立审核水电施工图纸；
7、较强的施工组织协调及沟通能力，责任感及原则性强，具有较强的语言沟通能力和团队协作精神。 举报 分享
