职位描述
Responsibilities:
1,Full responsibility for the business growth of assigned territory.
2, Develop and maintain customer relationship to support GGB’s position as the continued vendor of choice. Understand the customers business; processes and key issues, ensure that GGB’s capabilities are consistent with customer requirements and understood by both parties.
3,Manage accounts and coordinate all necessary activities to ensure customer satisfaction and account profitability. Handle customer complaints.
4,To make commercial proposals and conduct commercial negotiations.
5,Negotiate contracts with customers within GGB guidelines.
6,Ensure all quotations / orders and all other customer communication to be handled promptly and accurate.
7,Accurately communicate customer needs, complaints, and potentials to internal departments
8, Use CRM as basic tool for business planning and project management.
9,Continuous learning skills/knowledges
10, Exercise good expense control within budget.
Qulification
1, 3 year experience in direct/solution sales epxeirence in mechanical components industry;
2, technical background in mechanical industry;
3, good business sense and proven sales performance.
4,basic command on english (both reading and writing);
5,good communicaiton and negotiation skill;
6, good teamwork and positive attitude.
7,strong business growth mindset
8, good presentation skill.
