DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述：
Station: feed material
供料岗
1. Responsible for feeding materials for assembly lines, including: raw materials, bolts and packing materials;
负责装配线线边原材料、螺钉、包材上料。
2. Drawing materials by using tractor according KANBAN, put materials at fixed place, back with empty box containers;
使用牵引车看板拉料，将物料放置在固定位置，空箱返回。
3. Put the empty box containers to fixed place;
将空纸箱填放置在指定位置；
4. Undertake daily 8S for assembly line side, daily point inspection of equipment;
线边日常8S点检和设备点检。
5. Undertake any other tasks assigned by the superior.
完成上级领导交付的其他工作任务
Station: finished product shipping
成品发货岗
1. Responsible for picking finished products up from assembly line, check the amount and put the products at 830 area;
负责装配线成品收取，核对数量后放置在830区域。
2. Check dispatch bill and the quantity of finished products, according warehouse clerk’s command;
根据发货文员的指令，核对发货单及成品数量。
3. Shipping the finished products by the forklift;
使用平衡重力叉车将成品装车发货。
4. For the non-delivery finished products, fill bill and submit it to warehouse clerk; paste SU and scan it by PDA, put the products into 700 store by the forklift;
如当天不发的成品，填写单据，交给发货文员。粘贴SU，使用PDA扫描并使用前移式叉车入700库。
5. Every day, check the quantity of defective products that returned by assembly shop, and put into the defective product store;
每日装配线退回的不良品，核对数量并放入不良品库。
6. Undertake warehouse daily 8S, daily point inspection of equipment;
仓库日常8S点检和设备点检。
7. Undertake any other tasks assigned by the superior.
完成上级领导交付的其他工作任务。
Station: receive incoming material
收货岗
1. Responsible for receiving incoming materials/parts, supervising delivery personnel classification stack them up neatly, check the amount and sign the receipt and handover to warehouse clerk;
负责零部件收货，监督送货人员分类码放整齐，核对数量后签收入库单，交给收货文员。
2. Report to the warehouse shift leader timely for the abnormal situation when receiving incoming materials, like the receipt is illegible;
收取零部件如有异常情况，单据不清晰等，及时通知仓库班长。
3. Put incoming materials at inspection-waiting area by the forklift, and inform QA Department.
使用平衡重力叉车将零部件放置在待检区，并通知品质部。
4. Paste SU on the qualified incoming materials, put into warehouse and use PDA scan the SU;
检验合格的来料粘贴SU，并使用PDA扫描入库。
5. Undertake warehouse daily 8S, daily point inspection of equipment;
仓库日常8S点检和设备点检。
6. Undertake any other tasks assigned by the superior.
完成上级领导交付的其他工作任务
Station: prepare material
配料岗
1. Prepare material by using PDA, according warehouse clerk give the PDA order.
根据发货文员下达到PDA的指令，使用PDA配料。
2. Take Daily inventory for mobile store and resin materials
移动库位及树脂材料的日常盘点。
3. ship the prepared materials to the temporary storage area, handover to the warehouse keeper is responsible for feeding;
将配出的物料运送至临时存储区，交给上料员工。

4. Undertake warehouse daily 8S, daily point inspection of equipment;
      仓库日常8S点检和设备点检。
5. Undertake any other tasks assigned by the superior.
完成上级领导交付的其他工作任务

QUALIFICATION岗位基本要求
1. Education: technical secondary school or above, logistic related major is best;
中专或以上，物流相关专业***；
2. Should possess with the forklift license, can drive tractor, forklift proficient;
具备叉车证，能够熟练使用牵引车，电动托盘搬运车；
3. Have min. 2 years handling material related working experience in manufacturing industry;
具有2年以上制造型企业仓库相关工作经验。
4. Should possess with basic storage management knowledge;
具备基本的仓储管理知识；
5. Carefully and hard-working;
做事细心认真, 吃苦耐劳；
