主要工作内容：
1. 电话邀约、接待及安排候选人面试；
2. 候选人资料及数据的更新和维护，辅助招募后台工作；
3. 会议筹备

要求：
本科（大二大三）或研究生（研一或研二）在读，统招人力资源管理，财务、金融等专业优先。
英文听说读写能力较强，英语四级以上，熟练运用电脑及办公软件如Excel及word等。
思维活跃，学习能力较强，能够吃苦耐劳。
每周至少保证3整天的实习时间。

在校成绩优秀、学生干部、有相关实习经验者，实习时间大于6个月者优先考虑。

实习期间表现优秀的，都有机会在毕业时转为公司正式员工。

招聘职位（二）行政助理（实习生）

主要工作内容：
1． 来访接待，包括邀约面试、业务咨询、退保理赔、商务合作等
2． 电话转接，包括业务咨询、商务合作、人员核实等
3． 快递管理，办公用品管理，登记入库，定期盘点，汇总月结
4． 根据上级的安排，负责起草有关文件

要求：
1. 本科或研究生在读（大三大四或研一研二）
2. 文字撰写能力强
3. 为人热情，沟通能力强
4. 每周实习3天以上
5. 能长期实习的优先考虑
