Tasks and Responsibilities职责：
1. Production planning and control to ensure optimal production and operational effectiveness;
2. Identify and implement excellent manufacturing practices to meet cost, quality, delivery responsiveness and customer satisfaction objectives;
3. Establish, lead and implement comprehensive material and inventory planning;
4. Process improvement including yield, utilization and workplace methods;
5. Ensure all equipment is within specification and suitable condition to perform tasks relating to production targets.
6. Improve the production efficiency continuously to ensure the timely delivery;
7. Make and implement assembly operators’ training plan, appraise the operators’ skills regularly to ensure their behavior complying with the requirements of process and company’s regulations, make sure their skills develop continuously;
8. Be responsible for the objectives and performance management to ensure the achievement of the production department objectives;
9. Control department expenses such as raw material utilization and overtime to reduce production cost, make sure expenses are under budget;
10. Solid experience in using BDE and AS400 system;
11. Continues improvement on daily work;
12. Other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements要求：
1. Bachelor degree with 5 years working experience in multinational company as production supervisor;
2. Solid experience in manufacturing operations and materials logistics;
3. Knowledge of TS16949 system;
4. Strong organizational and analytical skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels;
5. Familiar with office software;
6. Fluency in both spoken and written English
