职位描述：

1. 向生产部（TMF）主管汇报工作
2. 领导生产部的员工（技术主管和设备操作工），通过沟通和合作取得决策以及排班的详细计划
3. 对下属员工的不断提高以及对制定和执行员工资质矩阵负责
4. 对本部门/本班次遵守检测指导和工作指导负责
5. 根据不断改善进程（KVP）、经济效益（提高生产率），结合生产、质量改进建议，优化现有生产工艺并得以实现
6. 积极领导生产组会议，以文字的形式定下措施
7. 确保入职培训和设备安装后操作工指导（例如对生产组关于检测过程，检测文件以及测量，检验工具使用的教导和指导）的执行
8. 对本部门的工间休息和工作时间，以及工休期间的代理人安排负责
9. 通过成绩考核和预计产量的实现，对生产能力负责
10. 按照生产计划保证交货
11. 对正确的记录以及重新输入产量到BDE系统负责
12. 管辖本部门的外貌，如，穿著相应的工作安全服，特别是要整齐，干净
13. 培训生产部员工（进行初级培训）；特别在质量有差异时，与生产质量管理部门协议
14. 对机械生产（TMF）工作区域的条理，清洁负责
15. 遵守防止意外发生的相关条例和法律

岗位要求：

1 技术方向职业教育背景，主要是数控机床技术或者质量管理专业
2 具备设备维护基本知识
3 具备质量要求基本知识
4 具备测量基本知识（测量-和检测工具及测量机器）
5 能够适应倒班工作
