Job description:

• Project Execution Planning: Develop and maintain project execution plans; Track and communicate project execution plan progress and issues; Review, analyze, and support the approval of project AFEs to ensure cost management under the JSA; Liaison with project partner on project delivery issues and provide project team with up to date project delivery risk and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate Functional Supports: Serve as the center point for coordination with critical functional groups to ensure proper review and timely approval of all service contracts to support the project executions; Liaison with Chevron functional groups to ensure good interface between functional experts and project team.
• Project Planning and Reporting: Responsible to support project management in developing annual business plan.Generate and update all project management reports for internal reporting requirement and partner communications. Develop and establish project communication protocol to ensure good and effective communications between internal and external parties.
• JMC Secretary: Serve as the JMC Secretary to support the JMC for all meeting preparations including supervise the logistics of meeting arrangements; Liaison with JMC members as well as project management team to develop JMC agenda, prepare material pre-JMC meeting; Record meeting note, document JMC resolutions, and follow up on action items.
• Lead Project Studies and Support PSC negotiations.

Requirements:

• Bachelors of Science Degree and MBA is a plus.
• Project Execution experience and knowledge of Chevron project management process.
• Demonstrate experiences in commercial management and contracting in joint venture management.
• An excellent understanding of the upstream oil and gas industry.
• A good experience in economics modeling.
• Fluent in English and Chinese communication.
