Position Responsibilities
·Analyze job description and source candidates by using direct searching tools or other techniques against pre-defined target lists provided by Recruiter.
·Collect and screen CVs to match job requirements with speed and accuracy - in turn acquiring full candidate resume & market intelligence information to enable the Recruiter to effectively screen against a given assignment profile.
·Contribute to effective shortlists and turn into successful placements for any given assignment.
·Maintain accurate system recording and reporting of data.
·Support other assignments with supervision from Recruiter.
·Partner closely within HR to maintain excellent communication, candidate and client service.
·Take on any additional HR projects and programs as allocated.
Required Qualifications
·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business Administration.
·More than 2 years executive search experience with engineering industry focus preferred.
·Open-minded, highly analytical, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·Hardworking, quick learner, and result-driven.
·Good in both written & spoken English.
·Willing to take challenges and able to work under the pressure.
