Challenging settings
You will be responsible for our customer ensuring a good relationship and healthy development securing future business. As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for all tasks of executing the warranty cases, such as planning, monitoring and controlling securing we are on time and budget, and within our contractual obligations. Processing the claims according to customer satisfaction, including registrations, root cause analysis and ensuring the continuos internal development by processing corrective and preventing actions according to our ISO system. You will use Novenco’s project execution model (PEM), and participate in continuous improvement of this tool. On a monthly basis you must be instrumental in ensuring on time delivery of your project status report showing the full picture of your projects. The position can entail travel up to 20 days per year.

Experience
You have a technical education such as engineer, Bachelor of Technology Management (Maskinmester), Marine Engineering or similar. You are experienced PC-user, and is preferable knowledgeable about HVAC systems. Furthermore it will be an advantage to know about cooling and control- and regulation technology and/or installation on yards. You have experience in working in a project organization, and are good at working across departments of an organization. As the main part of our tasks is for foreign customers, your English skills are good, and you are excellent in handling customers.

NOVENCO HI-PRES Equipment Air Handling (Wuxi) Co., Ltd is located in Wuxi New District, Jiangsu Province. Being the top 2 GDP city in the Jiangsu Province, Wuxi is among the fifteen financial centers in China and one of the birthplaces of China’s modern national industry and commerce. NOVENCO Wuxi found its base in this excellent investment environment. The company was registered on December 17, 2007. NOVENCO Wuxi is the key investment in China of NOVENCO A/S. The production lines established so far are for Cabin Units, Cooling Units and Air Handling Units. Other product lines are also being transferred.
