POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for the new test procedure, new equipment request, maintenance and relative training.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Responsible for the study of the test standard and method according to the relative request, and making the test procedure and regulation.
2.Responsible for the availability of test equipment , drafting and implementing the test plan among the core function team.
3.Participate the maintenance and improvement of laboratory system and procedure according to ISO/IEC17025.
4.Responsible for the reviewing the test report and the training on test technician for statistical analysis and archiving of test data.
5.Responsible for the training on test technician for daily equipment and apparatus maintenance.
6.Responsible for the competence analysis of test equipment and make the improvement plan
7.Support the selection, installation, acceptance , document archiving and operation manual of new equipment.
8.Finish the other appointed jobs from leader

QUALIFICATION
Bacholer Degree, major in relative measurement ,test ,mechanical or electrical engineering
Familiar with Office software
Capable of reading the drawings, general English communication, translation and understanding the relative professional
documents
Capable of relative knowledge in standard ISO/TS16949 and ISO/IEC17025 and basic quality statistics knowledge
Team leader capability with diligence and dependability

职位概述
负责制订新的测试流程，支持新设备申请，现有设备维护和相关培训

岗位职责描述
1.负责研究委托测试的部门提供的测试标准和方法，制定测试方案编制操作规章；
2.在产品开发小组中负责测试设备的配置及编制试验计划和实施；
3.根据ISO/IEC17025的要求参与实验室体系的维护和改善工作；
4.负责并指导测试技术员做好测试数据的统计分析，资料存档, 负责审核验证测试报告；
5.负责并指导测试技术员对使用设备及仪器进行日常保养工作；
6.负责测试设备的能力分析，制定提高能力的计划；
7.协助新增需求测试设备、仪器的技术选型、安排安装调试、验收及资料归档、编写操作手册；
8.完成上级领导交付其他工作任务。

岗位基本要求
本科，测量、测试或机电一体化专业
熟练使用计算机办公自动化（OFFICE），熟练阅读机械图纸
能进行日常英语交流及翻译，理解相关专业资料
具备ISO/TS16949及ISO/IEC17025标准中相关知识，一定的质量技术统计知识；
勤奋、踏实的工作精神及有一定的领导团队管理能力
