职位描述
岗位描述及要求：1、根据生产计划，按班组要求，每天及时完成本岗位生产任务
2、正确理解并熟练掌握本岗位加工产品的工艺或作业标准要求，以及所用设备、工装、工具的性能、操作规程和生产中可能出现的问题
3、熟悉上下工位的工艺流程，严格执行公司制度
4、每天严格按规定要求正确使用和管理生产设备，确保人身和设备安全，并做好设备的维护保养工作
5、能正确判断所做产品的质量状况并作出正确处置，每天作好生产过程中的各项记录工作
6、做好产品生产过程中零部件、半成品、成品的搬运、贮存和防护工作
7、遵守公司劳动纪律和各项规章制度，搞好现场安全文明生产和“5S”管理活动，及时完成上级领导交代的临时工作
8、积极参加培训，提高技术质量水平和综合素质水平，提出合理化建议

Tema BV was founded in February of 1925 as one sales organization for Steinhause GmbH of Germany. With the development for many years, Tema BV has founded several daughter companies in the world like: Tema Isenmann Inc. in USA; Tema Moltotec in South Africa; Tema Moltotec in Chile; Tema Isenmann in Korea and the newly-founded Tema Screening Systems (Tianjin) Co., Ltd.
Tema BV has about 1600 staffs all over the world, its headquarter locates in Rijswijk, the Netherlands. Its main products are mining processing equipment including the sample taking system, centrifuge and screens. Its annual business income is about Euro 5.5 million. Tema Screening Systems (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. is invested by Tema BV, Seinhause GmbH and Hein Lehmann GmbH of Germany. Its main product is polyurethane screen panels. It has imported the whole production equipment and “Isenmann” technology from Germany with the annual output of 3300 M2 ( equal to 18000 pieces of panel). Tianjin company provides the panels to the domestic mining companies and some part of products for export
