Responsibilities and key tasks

· To understand and support the goals and strategies of Tectura.
· To have a thorough knowledge of the products and services of Tectura.
· To have a thorough knowledge of the business needs of customers of Tectura.
· Coordinates and monitors billable projects from initiation through to delivery
· Use project management methodology and skills to create a project plan for billable projects
· Ensures that billable projects are completed on schedule and within budget
· Serves as liaison between the company and client to ensure all targets and requirements are met
· May provide work direction to those with less experience
· Responsible for invoicing in relation to projects
· Supervising the work of other employees and handling rescheduling and prioritising of tasks
· Problem solving to quickly resolve issues
· Liaise with product vendors on any issues relevant for our customers or Tectura
· To maintain, review and improve the internal standards and systems used within Tectura
· To attend professional development courses and seek to expand the company and personal goals
· To ensure the accuracy and consistency of information processed from within Tectura
· To maintain a professional standard in the workplace and represent the company at all times in the best possible professional standard
· Ensure timesheets are entered accurately and on no more than a weekly basis
· Ensure Tectura standards, methodologies and conventions are complied with
· Other tasks as deemed appropriate by the company.
Knowledge and skills

· Fluent English in both speaking and writing
· Is able to operate without supervision and with wide latitude for independent action
· Demonstrated capability of performing the responsibilities of this position
· Typically has experience in the areas of development or implementation with five to seven years of project management experience
· Member of relevant industry bodies.
· The ability to work in both a team environment and on an individual basis in a motivated manner
· Ability to focus on achieving results
· Ability to work in an organised manner
· Advanced user of MS Project
· Demonstrated ability to apply project management methodologies
