职位描述

Job Description:
? Scope/Summary:
? Lead the development and implementation of the China accounting and finance organization and operation foundation;
? Develop and prepare financial plans, audits, reports and analysis in coordination with executive team;
? Direct accounts receivable, accounts payable, and select operating functions;
? Support China Managing Director in China new business development and other initiatives;
? Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory registrations in China;
? Lead and develop department staff;
? Other duties may be assigned as required.

? Essential Functions:

Accounting/Controlling
1. Manage financial statement process and ensure accuracy in financials.
2. Manage local compliance and regulatory registrations.
3. Manage internal controls procedures (Sarbanes-Oxley) to ensure corporate is following guidelines.
4. Oversee the completion of monthly journal entries and month-end general accounting closing statements.
5. Prepare and communicate finance and accounting policies and procedures.
6. Communicate and enforce internal expense and entertainment control measures.
7. Manage internal and external audit process;
8. Select, train, develop, supervise and evaluate the performance of department employees.
9. Fixed assets management.

Finance/Business Support
1. Manage pricing, customer payment, promotion and rebate programs.
2. Assist in the planning of financial goals and objectives including cost accounting standards and margins.
3. Develop annual budget and rolling forecast, and perform financial and business analysis
4. Assist to develop profitability and financial reporting measures and utilize metrics to assess reasons for budget variances on a monthly and annual basis.
5. Facilitate regular business performance review process

Tax/Treasury
1. Manage regular billing, tax filing and invoicing with local accounting firm and ensure proper compliance with local accounting and tax regulations in submission of statutory and tax accounting returns.
2. Manage and maintain relationships with local tax authorities.
3. Cash flow management and forecast.
4. Payment review, approve and proceed.

Legal
1. Company registration and liquidation.
2. Support in China new business development and M&A.
3. Contracts review and management including but not limited to dealer contract, office and store lease, purchasing agreement, etc. with legal firm.

Business Operation
1. Support company insurance policy review and renewals
2. Drive sales operation process, incl. dealer order to cash, e-commerce operation, and retail store operation, etc. The process would involve system (K3/SAP), goods, cash, document flow tracking and maintenance.
3. Manage ERP system set-up for in-store marketing promotion program execution and price
4. Develop operational SOP to provide guidance to the store and other functions.
5. Manage inventory levels throughout the supply chain with regard to finished goods and purchased finished goods.
6. Manage retail and dealer channel store inventory movement.
7. Procure accessories through local vendors.
8. Customer service and administration to provide support and assistance to Behr customers via telephone, email or other digital tools to ensure customer’s satisfaction with Behr products and services.
9. Collect consumer insights for marketing needs. Assure timely processing of orders and relays accurate shipping and delivery information to customers and internal functional departments.

IT
1. Lead the IT vendor to manage day to day China wide IT related matters to ensure both in-store and back office IT infrastructure and ERP system operates in an appropriate fashion.
2. Procure and manage all IT Assets incl. registration, labeling, storage, repairs and ensure registering of IT assets (in/out control) etc.
3. Prepare all required reports and analysis on Behr's IT landscape per Corporate requirement.
4. Ensure IT compliance and information security as well as implementation of all IT related guidelines and regulations of Behr.
5. On-boarding and on-going support for new hires
6. Support any new IT project defined by Corporate IT.

? Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or Master degree majored in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
2. Minimum 15 years experiences of accounting, finance, budgetary and general management in import/export/ retail business, with 5+ years on a managerial role. Manufacturing financial management experience is preferred.
3. Broad knowledge of general and technical accounting and finance principles, practices and standards, familiar with China tax regulations and Chinese GAAP.
4. Extensive ERP system knowledge, experience of using SAP and Kingdee preferably.
5. Strong strategic business planning, analytical, organizational, data analysis and decision making skills.
6. Strong leadership and team management skills.
7. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels, strong interpersonal and presentation skills and a good team player.
8. Self-motivated, proactive and result and detail oriented.
9. Proficient in MS Offices including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
10. Written and verbal fluency in Mandarin and English.
11. Accountable and reliable with high business ethics standards.

? Other requirements
1. Flexible with working hours, and willing to travel and work in weekends as needed.
