职位描述：
- 分析人力资源市场动态变化，挖掘业务信息，有效地维护现有客户资源，找寻新的潜在客户，并推动客户开发进程；
- 按照公司标准流程，分析客户的招聘需求，获得有效订单；
- 采用电话/邮件/实地拜访等形式与客户保持密切沟通，销售公司产品和服务，推动猎头业务及人力资源解决方案的销售与推广；
- 后续追踪客户，维护客户关系，负责合同谈判和签订事宜；
- 根据销售目标，制定相应的工作进度计划和销售报告，与猎头顾问团队协作，完成年度业绩指标；
- 负责回款跟踪及客户回访，满意度反馈等。

任职资格：
- 大专或以上学历，1年以上销售经验或客户服务经验；
- 优秀的沟通技巧和客户服务技巧，性格积极乐观，反应迅速；
- 具备高度的工作热情、良好的学习能力和主观能动性；
- 成熟稳重，能够承受较大的工作压力，具有高度的责任感和自我激励能力；
- 能熟练运用Word, Excel, Power Point等办公软件；
- 有人力资源、培训、猎头、销售等相关工作背景者优先。
