职位描述

1. Oversee the day to day operations of the engineering & related department

查看每日工程部运行情况和相关部门情况。

2. Maintenance planning and schedule

做设备保养计划和时间表。

3. Up-keep maintenance record

做设备保养记录。

4. Inspect building and public area for any remedy repairs required

检查楼宇和公共区域需要修理的地方。

5. Job distribution – repair & maintenance work orders

分配工作—分配员工关于设备修理和保养的工作。

6. Associates supervision and inspection

员工工作情况检查和管理。

7. Analyze information from maintenance associates and deliver constructive feedback.

8. Attend and attempt to solve emergency cases

参与并尝试解决紧急问题。

9. Assist DOE to select, interview and train the new associates

帮助总监挑选并培训新员工。

10. Work out shift roster

13. Co-ordinate with suppliers in connection with machinery spare parts.

15. Ensure regulatory compliance to facility regulations and safety standards.

16. Interact with regional and corporate engineering associates and A&C.

配合地区和国际酒店设计部有关工程事宜。

17. Coordinate and keep in touch with architect, interior designer, E&M consultant and main contractor forconstruction progress/handover period.

协调建筑师,设计师,机电顾问和主要承包商在建设与交接过程中的事宜。

18. Attend the internal Engineering department morning briefing, Hotel Inter-departmental meeting & daily morning briefing.

19. Coordinate with other department heads in connection with repair, maintenance and construction works.

Previous Position Requirements

Experience:

先前工作职位,经验,工作要求:

l Minimum 10 years relevant experience, with 5 years in supervisory level.

至少10年的相关工作经验,5年的管理经验。

l Previous experience in hotel engineering an advantages.

有酒店工程部工作经验者优先。

Language

语言:

l Fluency in English and Chinese

流利的中、英文水平

Academic Requirements

学历要求:

l Holder of certificate in mechanical/electrical/building services or related engineering fields preferred

持机械,电子,楼宇设备证书和相关工程证书。

Communication

Technical Skill Requirements

Renaissance Tianjin TEDA Convention Center Hotel was opened on Jun. 28, 2004 and managed by Marriott International Company. As China’s first Renaissance Hotel with the large banquet and conference facilities covering over 6,109 square meters, which including a 800 seats Auditorium, two Ballroom for 1000 people banquet, plus 12 Meeting Rooms.
