General description of work assignments
Three months training in Denmark during 2014
Support equipment installation and startup
Can adapt to shift work and work on weekends
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
Ensure information about production, safety, quality, cost and delivery etc. are communicated within the team
Educate shift team by establishing programs/seminars
Ensure safety on production
Ensure the production plan carried-out and obedience to the process discipline and product management.
SAP report
Ensure records are made
Ensure daily maintenance work carried out by operators
S+5s implementation on site
Ensures an up-to-date visual management on production site
Any problems related to production, including but not limited to manpower, safety, process, quality, maintenance and logistics, need to be reported to Production Manager timely
Execute corrective and preventive actions
Refer the optimizing, the improvement rationalization proposal.
Work closely with QC, Maintenance and Logistics
Experience requirements
Experience in production of parts for automotive or chemicals is preferable
Work experience with foreign company (corporate language English) is preferable
5+years’ experience
Bachelor degree, major in chemical/mechanical/electrical/automation
Personal skills
Strong character and work ethic
