General responsibilities?
Prepare sales contracts, connect with sales team to ensure all the procedures of delivery
? Follow up orders closely include PO and SO orders
? Maintain files and database by monthly.
? Update weekly AR report to sales team and remind sales people closely.
? Check reasonable stock level (safety stock level) and communicate with relative sales team frequently to ensure the business smoothly
? Coordinate with logistic and other internal sales support function team to make business easy.
? Solution support flexible to solve documentation problems.
Skills and knowledge
? Strong understanding of customs service
? Excellent interpersonal skills
? Strong analytical capabilities
? Good Communication Skills with English
