1. Process request for quotation and develop business case
2. Develop timeline and responsibilities for new program quotes to ensure customer deadlines are met
3. Develope and improve quoting methodology
4. establish program cost forecast together with program manager
5. Analyse financial performance (contribution margin) of new programs relative to management's performance objectives.
6. Control start-up cost and engineering cost of programs
7. Recommend pricing strategy to management relative to program targets and overall company business objectives
8. Work with sales managers to understand China OEM/competitor
9. Work with global product manager/sales director to understand overseas OEM/competitor perspective
10. Perform other duties as required

Essential background requirement
1) Bachelor Degree or above in engineering or finance
2) experience with proven financial/cost or marketing will be a advantage
3) Honesty, Pro-active, prudent, sense of urgency.
4) 26 –35 years old 26-35岁

Essential experience and professional skill requirement
1) Minimum 3 years working experience，1 years of related business experience
(in auto industry preferred)
2) Competent analytical skills
3) Strong team player, able to work effectively within matrix organization
4) Able to manage deadlines with minimal supervision; good time management
5) Committed to continuous improvement philosophy
6) Ability to multitask and to work in a fast pace enviroment
7) basic product knowledge
8) good communication in both English and Chinese
