Requirement:

Engage in annual business plan cycle and all associated forecasts to ensure that appropriate targets are set and significant business issues are anticipated and managed
Timely update action plan and monitor implementation of those actions to ensure the achievement of company objectives
Support and facilitate in month-end reporting related matters, such as input sheet, MIK report
Work closely with other departments to set-up and improve internal control procedures
Deal with other regular and ad hoc analysis reports required by management
Assist in all finance-related audits.
Assist Finance Controller on internal control;
Assist Finance Controller on finance analysis;
Others per the requirement from Controller.


Experience Needed:
1.Bachelor degree or above in finance related subject.
2.At least three years in similiar position.
3.Manufactury industry background with plant or factory base is a must.
4.Good English ability as working language.
5.Can work under pressure and be with cooperative spirit.
