Retail& Distribution 零售及分销
1、Make a plan for the retail development in and visit to the areas within one’s reach as well as be responsible for the number of retail development and quality index according to the specific target in each specified region. 依据片区细化的零售目标,制定所辖区零售的开发和拜访计划,并对所辖零售开发的数量和质量指标全面负责。
2、In accordance with the plan for visit made by customers, it’s essential to visit those retail clients frequently in a quality and quantity manner, and try one’s best to conclude an order with them, thus hitting the target of expected market coverage within specified regions 依据区域客户的拜访计划,积极有效、保质保量地拜访客户并缔结定单,完成所辖区的市场覆盖指标。
3、Help wholesalers expand sub-distribution outlets, therefore the local sales performance and market share can be strengthened, improved and increased.协助经销商共同拓展分销网络,使当地销售绩效和市场占有率得到不断巩固和增长。
Responsible for coordinating the conflicts and contradictions among retailers, between retailers and wholesalers, thus guaranteeing the smoothness of distribution channels and market stability. 负责协调零售之Ø 间、零售与经销商之间的矛盾和冲突,保证分销渠道的畅通和市场稳定。
4、Responsible for informing the retailers and wholesalers of the latest sales policy and market information, providing sufficient support, help and supervision for them when they make use of and implement those policies.负责向零售、批发客户传达企业最新销售政策和市场动态信息,并对其利用和执行给予足够的支持,协助和监控。
5、Strictly guide and supervise the retail and wholesale price according to the market distribution policy, securing the positivity and the proper profit of customers. 依据市场营销政策,严格指导和监控零售及批发价格,确保经销商的积极性和合理利润。
6、In charge of the collection, compilation and feedback of the information of retail, wholesale channel and consumers as well as take full responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy, effectiveness and punctuality of those information.负责各零售、批发渠道及消费者信息的收集、整理和反馈,真实、准确、有效和及时提供市场信息。
7、Assist and supervise retailers and wholesalers to perform good inventory management and ensure the rationality of the inventory协助和监督零售商及批发商做好库存管理,保证产品库存的合理性
8、Cooperate with the market department to fulfil their responsibility for the products’ propaganda (POP, merchandising, promotion, AOP etc) 配合市场部们做好市场推广及产品助销工作(POP、陈列、促销、教育培训活动等)。
9、Train the salespersons who work for the retailers & wholesalers; assist and guide them finish the job of deep distribution and sale as well as the management of each channel.培训零售商及批发商的销售人员、协助和指导其完成深度分销和各渠道管理。
10、Manage our in-store presence: identifying the most suitable, highest visibility position in the shop and arranging for our racks to be there. Maintaining these racks and our product to present a quality image to our consumers. Making sure pricing, colour strips and product information is up to date and in good condition

Education Background:教育背景
College diploma preferred to Marketing,Art,Economics, Business major 专科学历,市场、经济、商业、艺术专业等优先考虑
Experience:经验
A minimum of 3 years sales related experience 至少三年以上销售相关经验,有文化用品、美术用品销售经验或从事美术教育者优先
