Summary (Scope of the Job)
1. To develop and implement a strategy for improving and maintaining current market share .
2. To provide direction, clarity and communication to the commercial environment
3. To ensure world-class standards to our customers for: product quality, delivery and after care are maintained and improved
4. Establish and maintain excellent customer relations
5. To manage and encourage behaviors that supports The Greif Way.
6. Support the development and management of channel strategies.
7. Assist in the development of marketing communications.
8. Develop and maintain Sales & Marketing electronic repository.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.

Key Result Areas
Commercial
1. To ensure the sales targets and budgets are achieved through positive customer relations and the development of new business
2. To further develop the commercial opportunities for the business with existing customers
3. To develop excellent relationships with key customers
4. To develop and support a commercial strategy for growing new business
5. To ensure the growth of country market share
6. Ensure best practice processes for managing sales developments

Financial/Reporting
1. To prepare and present operating budgets in line with Company procedures and guidelines
2. To develop a strategic plan for organic and new business growth
3. To prepare and review the reporting of monthly sales forecasts to SBU Controller
4. To ensure Company financial sales objectives are fully met
5. Prepare operational reports and analysis as requested by Tri-Sure® Closures Senior Management
