职位描述
1.Identify and develop new profitable business opportunities at the early stages of vehicle and engine development.
2.Maintain the profitability of the Accounts by identifying low or negative margin business and putting in place corrective pricing actions.
3.Visit regularly all departments of the customer base , particularly technical and purchasing areas globally to build relationships and knowledge of customer activity.
4.Prepare analysis of sales and 3 months forecasts to Budget and significant facts on a monthly basis under the division format.
5.Work closely with Project leaders on new business projects initiate necessary internal documentation.
6.Maintain data on customer business, market shares , competitors etc.
7.Understand the new technologies available within Sogefi and coordinate the presentation to the customers.
8. Locate and establish where necessary agents to assist within target market sectors
9. Provide technical support and product training to the customers
10. Ensure the correct level of service is achieved for selected OEM and distributor accounts
11. To ensure order in-take and sales activity is in-line with planned targets
12. Accurately forecast customer/market trends for forward planning
13. Provide clear customer objectives to the team to build a high level of customer focus throughout the business
14. Commercial negotiations at the highest level within the customer base
15. Prepare quotations in accordance with the company pricing policy
16. Potential to manage customer related projects through the business from initial concept to trial production
