岗位要求：

1.大学本科，英语专八

bachelor degree. CET-8

2.具备一年翻译及行政相关工作经验
Above 1-year experience in translating as well as administration-related work.

3.良好的英语书面表达能力，口语熟练；熟悉中英文文件编排
Must have good English written and verbal communicative skills. Good understanding of documentation structuring and compiling.
4.工作主动、负责；具有较强的沟通协调能力
Work independent and initiative, responsibility, having good coordination skills.



工作职责：

1. 遵守公司的质量方针、手册、程序和各种指导书；对自己的工作质量负责；正视任何质量问题、报告错误并对职责范围内的任何失误采取预防或纠正措施；进行持续的质量改进。
Comply with quality policy, manual, procedure and all kinds of working instruction. Take responsibility for the quality of the work done by yourself. Be open for any quality mistakes, report errors and take preventive or corrective actions for any mistakes in your area of responsibility. Contribute to continuous quality improvement.
2. 文件翻译
Translations of documentation as required
3. 视需要提供日常翻译的帮助
Provide translation as required.
4. 为人事行政部和管理层提供行政支持
Provide daily administrative support for the HR & Adm. Department and Management Team as required.
5. 组织员工活动，如年会、旅游等。
Employee activities support like annual party, company outing etc.

6. 提供外事服务如邀请函、签证等。
Provide support for expatriates like invitation letter, visa etc.
7. 其他行政工作如前台的替班、更衣室管理等。
Other admin. Job like back up of receptionist, locker room management etc.

8 新员工入职培训如制作、发放胸卡，发放工作服，更衣柜钥匙，登记班车及讲解相关规定。
New employee training. Make/distribute name card, distribute work

9. 遵循公司精益生产和管理的方针政策，支持公司精益目标的达成。主要包括：
a)积极参加和支持精益改善活动，前瞻性的寻找改善机会，愿意将改善结果进行分享和推广。
b)营造和共建精益改善和6S的良好环境和氛围。
Adhere to company lean manufacturing and management policies, support company lean target achievement. Including:
a) Participate and support Lean activities actively, proactively looking for improvements, willing to share and extend improvement achievements.
b) Promote a good environment and atmosphere of lean improvement and 6S
10. 执行安全方针和政策，使之符合安全管理体系。包括：
a)积极参与公司的各项安全活动。
b)报告各种危害和不安全的行为。
c)营造和共建积极的安全文化氛围。
Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:
a) Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
b) Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.
c) Actively promote positive safety culture.
11. Any other duties as assigned by the company representatives.
