Division：

HAY APAC develops, produce and sales design furniture’s and accessories, HAY APAC distribution centre and sales are Asian Headquarter is located in Shanghai. You will become a part of new dedicated team building up HAY in Asia, and the first person of the new HAY APAC sales team in Beijing.

Responsibilities:

• Through a planned and purposeful management of your sales activities, you will contribute to HAY becoming a preferred supplier of design furniture’s in China.

• Controls and directs the activities of the commercial business. Develop both the short-term and long-term commercial plans and organizational strategy to meet company's financial and strategic objectives.

• Manage all integrated sales functions, including product sales, and retail sales management, account managements.

• Builds relationships with key customers and prospects through the understanding of individual customer needs and requirements.

• You represent the company's overall concept and enter into dialogue with the client about their needs.

• You help introduce decisions makers for HAY products and possibilities.

• Achieves the budgets and targets by driving sales through own efforts and by implementing a sales and service orientation sales team in Beijing. Understands strategic objectives and translates them into business goals with achievable objectives.

• Develop commercial plans and forecasts to achieve sales objectives.

• Recruiting, managing performance, retaining and developing key reports. Build a multi-skilled sales team that represents the core values in HAY.

Qualifications:

• Master degree. Major in design, furniture or related field.

• Minimum 5 years related working experience.

• Be fluent in oral, writing in mandarin and English.
