Job description:
-Achieve sales budget and provide good commercial service to ASM(after sales maintenance) customer;
-ASM sales & business development in China;
-Customer Support: Technical application advice of customers, handling of requests, offers, customer visits;
-Proper and complete instruction of the customer and the user about the product and its use;
-Acquisition of contracts and tenders, offering and offer tracking;
-Responsible for turnover and margin within the responsible sales area;
-Review of compliance of all agreements made with the customer;
-Monitoring of product during operation;
-Capture of market share, info to product management;
-Reporting of visits, systematic travel planning (visit planning, CAS);
-Capture and define of performance requirements due to customer or end user requirements, together with product management and product development;
-Exhibition Service;
-Implementation of commercial decision on complaints;
-Participation in the handling corrective actions;
-Responsibility for accounts receivables;
-Other duties as requested.

Requirement:
-College or University degree required
-Above 3 years working experience in handrail maintenance marketing required
-English, Outgoing, sales driven and custome oriented, integrity, communication skill, product konwledge, frequent customer visit, presentation skill, problem solving skill, contract negotiation
