1) Checkup the original doc before acceptance, make sure they’re compliance and completeness
2) Process payment for Shanghai entities mainly
3) Enter related AP vouchers in KIS and JDE
4) Month end closing, prepare set of reports or reconciliation sheets per requirements
5) Payment, data collection and reporting for ADMIS
6) Backup to AR accountant
7) Other task assigned by line manager
