1. 国家正规院校本科以上学历，国际贸易、物流等相关专业。
2. 英语四级以上，有很好的英文沟通能力、书写流畅、口语流利。
3. 具有三年以上的行业内工作经验，有客户资源者优先。
4. 具有敏锐的市场洞察力，杰出的判断能力，优秀的沟通协调能力和学习创新能力。强烈的市场触觉，拥有出色的沟通、谈判、处理人际关系及分析市场能力。
5. 有强烈的事业心和开拓创新意识，具备管理理念，沉着、稳健、成熟，有良好的人格魅力，能在压力下工作。
6. 为人正直、工作作风踏实，具有极强的责任心和团队协作精神。
7. 熟练掌握各种办公软件。
