任职要求：

1. 国家正规院校本科以上学历，国际贸易、物流等相关专业；
2. 英语八级，有较强的英文沟通能力，书写流畅、口语流利；
3. 有两年以上海运操作与客服工作经验，熟悉各港口海运进口/出口流程；
4. 可以独立做好客户的沟通工作，正确面对工作压力；
5. 工作认真负责，思维敏捷，有良好的客户服务意识，沟通、协调能力强。
6. 熟练掌握各种办公软件；
7. 熟悉海运进口/出口工作内容及流程；
8. 拥有国际货物服务跟踪经验者优先；
