-For our Industry Sector in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a Quality Manager 质量经理.

What are my responsibilities?

-Ensure quality operation stable in the whole company, including system and product quality. And reduce NCC(Non-conformance Costs).

-保证工厂质量(包括体系及产品质量)的正常运行，并降低不符合质量成本。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1、Responsible for overall quality management in SEDS, establish robust quality control system with the focus on zero-defect culture, quality policies, standard, processes and procedures) to improve overall quality capability via KPI management.

-全面负责公司质量管理工作，建立完善的质量控制系统(零缺陷文化,质量政策,标准,流程和控制程序等)，通过KPI管理方式，全面提高工厂的质量能力。

2、Lead and support team to maintain quality operation including supplier quality management, incoming, in-process, final inspection and new product introduction.

-领导并支持团队维持质量运作，包括供应商质量管理，进货检验、制程控制、最终出货检验以及新产品的项目质量。

3、Set up annual(regular) internal audit process, defining standards and expectations of such audits, and recording and reporting on findings, monitoring the implementation progress till closed. And promote continuous quality improvement.

-实施年度(周期性)内部审核，并记录、汇报审核不合格项，跟踪不合格项改善进度直到彻底关闭。推动工厂进行持续质量改进。

4、Make team development plan,promote and organize training activities to develop competencies of the subordinates.

-负责制定质量保证部门团队发展规划，推动和组织培训活动以提高团队成员的竞争力。

5、Provide annual budget of department including equipment investment and department costs, and keep the costs under control.

-制定部门的年度财务预算(包括设备投资与部门费用)，实施并控制部门的成本在年度目标之内。

6、Take the lead to resolve the quality problem during production and after delivery.

-组织团队对生产及市场当中发生的质量问题的解决。

7、Provide all kinds of report including monthly quality report, supplier monthly quality report required by HQ.

-负责提供总部要求的各种报告，如月度质量报告，月度供应商质量报告等

8、Perform other duties assigned by management or superior effectively and efficiently.

-高效且有效地完成直接主管或其他管理者布置的其它任务。

What else do I need to know?

1. More than 10 years on quality management or technical experience, 3 years quality dept.manager in multi-national company.

2. Be familiar with ISO9000&14000 standards.

3. Be familiar with QC tools(SPC, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSL, CPK, PDCA, 8D,etc.)

4. University degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical engineering major;

5.Good working knowledge in English, to be able to communicate fluently with foreign colleagues
